These are the artwork assets I've currently finished for Plinko Game that i am working on with my two other team members (Nik & James)I, (Pucks, Bumpers (8 Ball & Asteroid), UFO, Pegs and Airlock Basket).

So I used the current pallet (As seen above) on Pyxel Edit to configure the color and the Opacity to try and make it look close to the real thing .

So using the same Pallet (Above) III had to do the background and I started my research for pixel art of planets and I found the one and closely look at the shape of the planet and started from there and added the form of the land and clouds.

Now, After a bit of shaping and cloud mixture I have a finished product but something was missing so I thought of another classmate on what the other classmate would but ended up asking my self "what would I do". So I, decided to put shading on the planet edge that's so it could look like its day and night, but thanks to Joe he gave me the correct definition of what it is :

At First I seriously thought Joe was talking about this ...... but in Scientific Terms he was REALLY talking about this :

Now that I learned about the day and night side of the planet form, Joe. I decided to continue on the Background for the art by adding more planets and thanks to Matt to introducing me to
Pixlr.com I added effects to the Nebula Background using layers and the Brush tool(Below) and making really cool.

Finally the finished product, I have to say... II was nervous to take this challenge head-on especially since I had ZERO experience doing a background for a game before, and I have to say I am extremely happy and proud of the work I did for this.

So This Week (last week) I started with the background for menu the play button, I used the dimensions that my other teammates (Nik & James) needed and got to work on it right away, I used the same standard pallet (Bellow) and decided to make it black and green and made the sides look more like an alien green plate of armor.

So when I used the pallet I wanted to use shading but when I looked at it more and more I figured out that it won't work to add a shading effect but to make it look like a plate of armor with other effects.

So like last time I went to pixel edit and added the Hard light effect when I made the lines to make the lines look like a Lazer Beam.

Now that i have my Lazer Beamlines, II wanted to add a metallic sheen like on the boarders of the menu screen and did the same star effect on different spots to try and make it look like alien armor.

Now for the finished product I asked my Instructor Matt if I should add rivets and with him and the rest of the team we decided to put it on the armor.

Now for the App icon, I decided to do the same exact thing with planets and just make it look like an alien ship invading earth.

So, I made a grey circle to an oval shape and stretch it to close to the edges to make the base of the saucer.

Then I made a black oval circle in the middle to make it look like the pilot hole , while visualizing what size of the ship glass to put on top.

From there I made another oval shape from the ship glass and make the glass transparent (Matt's Suggestion).

Finally added Lines and shading and thinking about improving it to add more depth to it.

Blurry but final product of icon

So Go Download and play SPACE PLINKLO!!!

1 more thing ... the Banner with the Tag Line , now it is 100% Done!. All i did was combine everything I learned and added the tag line in Gimp and it's done!
